A busy week at Tuna Fish Property, noted for the speed at which quality family houses have been let agreed. The property in the main photo, did not make it to the portals, nor did properties in L17 and L18. Our board attracted local interest and one on a main arterial route in Liverpool.
We had a client today who couldn't attend a block viewing due to work commitments, but secured the property with an offer 12% above the rental asking price, which is breaking glass ceilings in the area for rent as it stands. Overall, the landlord will receive 17% above the recent market rent as we already were testing the rental market . This is all subject to satisfactory referencing and will have a rent guarantee.
At Tuna Fish, we tend to test market rents, and if needed we adjust, depending on what the market tells us. In that way landlords and investors are assured the best possible rent and return.
