What does property sourcing really involve?
Finding a property is relatively easy. Finding one which represents a genuine investment opportunity is considerably harder.
A property sourcer needs to understand market value, comparable sales, rental income, refurbishment costs, finance, legal issues and the investor’s exit strategy.
We look beyond ordinary estate agent listings to auctions, repossessions, receivers, administrators, unsold lots and genuine off market opportunities.
The course teaches the process we use when assessing property for ourselves and our clients.

A good deal should survive scrutiny. We use a structured process to narrow the search to properties worth pursuing.
