Once the rent reaches £875 pcm, you will never pay more than £94 per month for property management — whether the rent is £875, £1,500 or £3,000.
Your Rent Comes Directly to You
The tenant pays the rent directly into your nominated bank account, giving you immediate access to your income.
Your Fee Does Not Keep Rising
Unlike percentage-based charges, our management fee is capped. Rent increases above £875 pcm belong to you.
You Control Expenditure
You approve non-emergency expenditure and can use your own trusted contractors or ask us to arrange the work.

Total Landlord Control of Income and Expenditure
Your tenant pays the rent directly into your nominated bank account. Tuna Fish Property does not collect your rent and transfer it to you later. Our management fee is paid separately by standing order.
