We complete in 3 days on the first buy to let purchase of the year 10th January 2023. The investment property was acquired at auction as part of our property sourcing Liverpool service for clients. It has a strong yield as you will see from the photo and was purchased significantly below market value. Given the size of the property (1,300sq ft) the buy to let investor client has options, from a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) to a standard assured shorthold tenancy (AST) arrnagement.
Where to invest in Liverpool?
We are often asked if there are better areas for Liverpool property investment (or Wirral), than others. The answer is always it depends on what you want - what you want to achieve. As a general rule, in this present market, we only source 'distressed assets' as they offer the best value for property investment Liverpool clients.
So, we tend to buy the deals, not the areas. We also buy at property auctions because of transparency and to be honest that's where the real deals are found.
