What the results show

The original November snapshot showed stronger sales conversion than September. The live rate increased from an indicative 32.9% to 34.3% in September to a provisional 43.3% in November. Prior sales also increased, from 21 to 31, accounting for 54.4% of November’s 57 recorded sales.

There were still 34 unsold entries at the close of the auction. Those properties can provide a basis for further enquiries, subject to checking current availability and carrying out full due diligence. These two catalogue snapshots measure sales outcomes and do not establish a change in Liverpool property values.

Updates and coverage

Coverage note: Lots 55 and 58 were absent from the published results table. They remain unclassified and are not counted as unsold, withdrawn or postponed. No sold after category was included at the close; zero here describes that captured table, not later activity. The November report is provisional.

How the sale rates are calculated

102 published entries less 31 sold prior, seven withdrawn and four postponed leaves 60 live entries. The eligible denominator is 102 less seven withdrawn and four postponed, giving 91. September included one recorded later sale and an uncertain sold entry, so the total sales comparisons are between labelled snapshots rather than identical timed bidding logs.
